The drought along with climate variation has become a serious issue for human society and the ecosystem in arid region like Soan basin (the main source of water resources capital Pakistan Pothohar region). increasing concerns about study area have brought necessity spatiotemporal analysis assessment linkage between different types an early warning system. Hence, streamflow index (SDI) standard precipitation (SPI) were used variations hydrological meteorological drought, respectively.
